Who runs this

This site and the Trophy Cache Discord bot are run by the admins of the Guzzle Games Discord server. They are responsible for the data described here. To ask a question or make a request, contact the Discord server admins.

What we store

Data is only stored for members who link a PS5 with /link:

• Your Discord user ID and display name. The ID is used internally and never shown on this site.
• The name you gave your linked console, and when it last synced.
• Per-game trophy data from your PS5: game names, how many platinum, gold, silver and bronze trophies you've earned, completion percentage, and when each game was last updated.
• "Trophy pops": a record each time a sync shows you earned new trophies.

This comes from your own PS5, through the Trophy Cache payload that you choose to run. We don't receive your PSN password, messages, friends list or anything else from your console.

The /psn command looks up public trophy summaries when someone asks. Those results are kept for 30 minutes and never appear on this site.

Why, and on what basis

• Discord features (/trophies, trophy-pop announcements in the server): run because you chose to link your console. Stop at any time with /unlink or /forget.
• This public website: only with your consent, given by running /website on. You can withdraw it at any time with /website off, and your page disappears immediately.

What's public

If you opt in, this site shows your display name, your trophy counts, your games with progress, and your recent trophy pops. Your page lives at a random address, not your Discord ID.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no scripts or analytics, and loads nothing from other sites. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security. These are deleted automatically within about two weeks.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your data with anyone. It is stored on a server operated by the admins and is only shown in the Discord server and, if you opt in, on this site.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. /website off hides you from the site. /unlink stops your console uploading but keeps your stats for /trophies. /forget permanently deletes everything we hold about you: consoles, trophies, pops and your website page.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to how it's used. Most of this is self-service through the commands above; for anything else, contact the Discord server admins. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
